This spacious gîte has an open-plan living area, with picturesque views over the surrounding countryside.
The gite has been equipped to three-star standard and includes: Kitchen - fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a wide variety of cooking equipment and utensils. Living room with tables, sideboards, sofas and chairs, TV. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and built-in wardrobes for storage, and the shower room has a shower and WC, with another WC on the first floor.
Environmentally-friendly cleaning equipment is provided wherever possible, including a vacuum cleaner, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. If you have young children, a cot and high chair are available if required.
Outside, there's a private patio and garden, with sun awning, garden table and chairs. A BBQ is available on request. The gîte also has electric heating to keep you warm in winter.

A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.

Un gîte charmant
Un gîte charmant dans un corps de ferme rénové à la sortie du village de Monein dans la magnifique campagne béarnaise. Entouré par les vignes de L'AOC Jurancon, les champs de mais et les prairies pour les ânes, c'est un véritable havre de repos pour profiter des délices de ce territoire. À une heure des plages landaises et des stations d'altitude béarnaises, cela mérite de s'y arrêter pour un séjour actif ou une villégiature plus calme.Enfin, comment n'est pas terminer en remerciant Rebecca et Ben pour leur accueil et leur convivialité.

“Gîtes de Bernet et nous ne saurions trop le recommander. Il est propre, simple mais meublé avec goût, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons séjourné dans le Cottage qui est parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes. Ben et Rebecca, les propriétaires, sont amicaux, accueillants et connaissent bien la région. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région et si vous êtes bloqué pour une idée, ils sont toujours heureux de faire des suggestions."
